Free Talk, Meditation and Exercise: Turning Stress into Vitality

Exercises, meditations, tips and practice on how to be the best you can be, the beginning of clarity, control and charisma.  This Talk is about using Taoist meditational and exercise techniques to cope with what life slings at us and use it to become better at what we do best: being human!

Stress is perfectly normal. Its how we react to Stress that gives us a headache. But we can learn how to transform it into Energy, from the Stress up here in our head into Energy where we can make much better use of it.

Join me, Kris Deva North, at the Mantak Chia Taoist Training Centre, 68 Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3JT at 7pm on Wednesday 20th June.  No need to book, just come on by! Together we will share Chi Self Massage Exercises and see how to care for the vital organs; hear the meditations of the Six Healing Sounds and Inner Smile that help cleanse the emotions and recycle negativity.

Iron Shirt Chi Kung (QiGong) helps in rooting, centering and body-awareness, increased vitality, stamina, enhanced ability to fight disease, and greater protection from injury, whether physical, emotional or spiritual, while some simple Tai Chi movements offer flexibility and adaptibility. The combination of Chi Kung and Tai Chi offers the means to cope with day-to-day life and more, to live life to the full

Many of my students have learned to awaken the universal (yang), earth (yin), and human-dimension (chi) energies, to develop and circulate increased life-force.

Completion of the Weekend Workshop counts as Step 1 of the Universal Healing Tao Foundations, the Alchemy of Yin and Yang, for continuation of training in Mantak Chia’s Universal Healing Tao System anywhere in the world.
