Jade Circle in London with Anamarta – Wednesday 12th September

Jade Circle Level 1 – All women are welcome!

Path of Kuan Yin Women Chi Kung and Meditation

The Jade Circle is a group for women to explore Taoist practices specifically for women. Many of these practices are described in Mantak Chia’s book “Healing Love through the Tao: Cultivating Female Sexual Energy”.  We aim to bring these practices to life – facilitating your experiences in an accessible and supportive way, in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.

Over the years the Circle has been nurtured by outstanding facilitators – and visited interesting places from an island in the Andaman Sea as part of Channel 4’s TV series ‘Extreme Celebrity Detox’ to the Buddhahall in Dharamsala in the Indian Himalayas (just up the path from HH Dalai Lama) where Anamarta’s Travelling Circle was hosted by the Indian spiritual teacher Dr Usha.

This Circle is in London. All women are welcome – no previous experience is needed for Level 1: in fact all our experiences are valued and can contribute to the group pool of knowledge. Our Circles address the needs, interests and desires of those who attend – weaving together a rich tapestry of feminine energy, wisdom and experience.

These practices are about recycling the energy that would be lost through ovulation – instead the energy is used to enhance and heal your own life and being. The benefits are numerous. For example, you may experience increased harmony with the processes of menstruation – periods can become shorter, less painful and even pleasurable. More than that – sexual vitality and sensitivity is increased.

No Need to Book! just come on by: 6.45pm to 8.45pm at Universal Healing Tao, The Mantak Chia Taoist Training Centre, 68 Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3JT

Donation guide £9 (£4.50 Taoist and Zen Shiatsu practitioners/students)
