Spring Intensive: This weekend gives enough training to practice and enjoy one of the most effective forms of Exercise, Health Maintenance & Stress Prevention! As a beginner you will learn the basic Structures and Movements of the Tai Chi Form, Applications, and some Iron-Shirt Chi Kung (Qigong).
As a more experienced practitioner you will deepen your practice under expert supervision. As an adept from other styles you will learn something new!
